If your order exceeds a certain amount, as periodically advertised on our sites, you may qualify for free shipping. For example, we may offer free shipping on orders over $100.
Free shipping offers are applied to the order total after any promotions or credits are applied, exclusive of taxes and other fees. If this option is available, you will see it advertised on our sites and the available free shipping method will be pre-selected at checkout for your convenience. Free shipping offers may be terminated at any time without notice.
FREE SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS:
- Valid only on orders placed at outandbackoutdoor.com.
- Not valid on return shipments, special orders, prior purchases,Out&Back gift cards and other digital products.
- Limited to stock on hand, is nontransferable and is not redeemable for cash.
- Limited to standard shipping for U.S. addresses only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
- Does not include shipments to PO boxes & APO addresses.
- Oversize shipping charges for any heavy or large items will be applied. These oversize shipping charges will be reflected at checkout.
- Does not apply to pre-orders or back orders
- Items that must be sent by ground or freight because they are oversized, hazardous, or flammable as identified at checkout. (Examples include, but are not limited to: complete bikes, bike frames, bike wheels, travel cases, ABS airbag packs or cylinders, kayaks, kayak trailers, SUP boards, surfboards, crash pads, cargo boxes, car racks, truck bed storage, indoor bike trainers, rooftop tents, and items containing lithium batteries.)
RETURN POLICY

At Out&Back we want to make buying secondhand as easy and stress-free for you as possible. And if by chance you don’t completely love your gear, we also offer free 30-day returns*. Exclusions apply.
We understand that sometimes you just don't fall in love with every piece of gear you buy. That's why we offer thirty (30) day returns, excluding the following:
- Orders placed from Alaska or Hawaii or orders placed internationally.
- Life vests
- Helmets
- Used climbing gear and/or climbing gear without its original packaging/tags intact
- Bikes that have been assembled
Gear must be returned in same condition as it was received and may not have sustained significant new damage or wear-and-tear.
We don't typically accept returns that are more than 30 days after original purchase date unless the item has been recalled or otherwise deemed unsafe by the manufacturer. Items purchased between Thanksgiving and Christmas day have a 45 day return window to allow for holiday gift purchases.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES:
We offer free returns for eligible items according to our return policy, excluding skis, snowboards, bikes, kayaks, canoes, coolers, paddleboards, grills, racks, camp furniture and strollers which will incur a return shipping fee. If applicable, the cost of outbound shipping is not refunded as part of your return.
The total amount for return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Standard size/weight packages will be used to return skis and snowboard and are required to use the prepaid shipping label provided. Large size/weight packages will be used to return bikes, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, grills, racks, camp furniture and strollers which will incur a return shipping fee. A bike that has already been assembled is not eligible for a return.
