Refund policy
All returns must be initiated through our online return portal
Free returns with checkout+: Customers who opt in to checkout plus at checkout are eligible for free return shipping on approved returns within the return window. Customers who do not opt in to checkout plus may still return eligible items, but return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
POLICY
We understand that not every piece of gear is a perfect fit. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Once the Return is submitted in the returns portal please ship the item back in a timely manner. Even if the return is submitted within the return window, items shipped and/or received outside the 30 Day window may be subject to a partial refund.
Returns requested outside the stated return window are not accepted, unless the item has been recalled or deemed unsafe by the manufacturer.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received. Items that show signs of use or damage may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
Non-returnable items are the following: clearance (final sale), life vests, helmets, climbing gear, and bikes that have been assembled.
Outbound shipping costs are not refunded.
The following oversized items will incur a return shipping fee, even if checkout+ was selected: skis, snowboards, bikes, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, coolers, grills, racks, camp furniture & strollers.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally are not eligible for return.
Pickup orders that have already been picked up must be returned to our warehouse. These returns do not incur any return fees. Items are eligible for return as long as they are in the same condition as received and are returned within 30 days of pickup.
Holiday returns: items purchased between Thanksgiving and Christmas Day have an extended 45-day return window.
