Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the lower 48 states and Washington DC. Free shipping offers are applied to the order total AFTER any promotions or credits are applied, exclusive of taxes and other fees. Free shipping is not available for items that must be sent by ground or freight because they are oversized, hazardous or flammable as identified at checkout. Examples include, but are not limited to: bikes, car racks, cargo boxes, skis, snowboards, hard sided coolers, grills and fire pits.

Additionally, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will incur an additional surcharge. We apologize, but we do not currently offer shipping outside of the United States and Canada. Additionally, Canadian customers are responsible for any taxes, duties and fees they may incur as the result of their purchase.

Condition Grades

• New – New, with original packaging and/or hang tags.
• Pristine – Like new condition, but may not have original hang tags. These items are not used.
• Excellent – Used with minimal signs of wear and tear.
• Good – Used with minor blemishes, but no functional issues.
• Worn – Used with considerable aesthetic blemishes, but still functions as it was designed.
