The Women's L4 Proprius Softshell Pants are built for aerobic ski touring - effectively managing heat for the high output uphill and providing ample weather protection for the ski downhill. These are the ideal pants for ski touring anywhere but a maritime snowpack. These softshells are designed to stretch, so you can move freely on the skin track or in the bootpack without the added weight or bulk of a more traditional ski pant. An integrated adjustable belt and zippered cuffs allow for an articulate and athletic fit. As a part of the Summit Series™ Ski Mountaineering Collection, these pants are specifically designed for backcountry skiing. Some of those specific features are Articulated knees for improved movement, a thigh pocket for your beacon, and mid-height zippered vents to better 'dump heat.'
