We do not sell consumers’ personal information and we have not done so nor do we ever plan to.
OPTIONS REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM

The below list describes the type of requests for your information that you may make:
- Request to Know: What you get: 1) the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you; 2) the sources we use to collect information about you; 3) the business purpose for collecting that information and 4) the third parties we share your information with.
- Request to Delete: What you get: we will delete any personal information about you that we have collected directly or through our service providers. Once we verify you request, we will delete your information other than if we need to: 1) finish a pending transaction 2) ensure security; 3)exercise a legal right; 4) comply with a different law or binding legal obligation;
- Self Service: If you are a user in good-standing on our website you may make changes to the information we store on you by logging into your profile and updating the what is listed.
- Opt-Out of Sale: What you get: Request to not have your information sold and we will honor your request. You may make such a request by emailing info@outandbackoutdoor.com including your name, email address and a title requesting to Opt-Out of Sale.
We will do our best to get to your information requests within 45 days but during that time if we are unable to do so we will notify you of a delay prior to the 45 days expiring.
VERIFYING YOUR IDENTITY
Before complying with an information request as noted above we need to make sure it's actually you making the request. To verify that you are who you say you are we will request that you provide for us your: 1) full name (first, middle, last), 2) email address and 3) mailing address. Depending on the type of request made, a second phase of verification may be needed. For example, if you’re looking to simply know what types of information we have stored about you but NOT for the information itself the first step of verification is sufficient. If you’re looking to have a read out on the specific personal information that we have on you, additional verification steps will be required including submitting a signed statement and a copy of a government issued ID prior to us complying with your request. We will not accept requests from authorized agents without proof that the agent is in fact authorized to make such a request.
