Hammerhead 3 features a high peaked ceiling, generous floor area, and two doors with ample-size vestibules.

  • Freestanding, sturdy three-pole design is a breeze to set up and offers great livability for three hikers
  • Taped, full-coverage polyester rainfly maintains a taut pitch even when wet
  • Rainfly features a clear SVX film window for added lighting and views outside; two vents ensure proper airflow in all kinds of weather conditions
  • Inverted double rainfly zippers allow ease of ventilation and feature laminated zipper flaps for water resistance
  • Ripstop nylon canopy with no-see-um mesh door and body panels maintains ventilation to prevent interior condensation
  • When the weather is ''iffy'' and you still want a view and ventilation, roll up the rainfly's front side for limited exposure
  • Doors with mesh panels increase ventilation; opposing double-slider zippers make venting easy
  • Large mesh pockets and webbing hang loops keep things organized inside
  • New Atlas 7001 poles use Atlas connectors for corrosion- and dent-resistance, plus they're completely field serviceable
  • Atlas Floating pole connectors mean poles flex with less stress at the joints, weigh less with more strength, and can be fixed without tools
  • Gated Power Clips at all pole intersections increase structural strength
  • Nylon taffeta floor features a non-hydrolyzing polyether urethane coating for lightweight waterproofness and substantial durability
  • Perimeter seams form waterproof tub-style floor that is up off the ground and under the rainfly for extra weather protection
  • Floor seams are taped
  • Bar-tacked stress points add strength and durability; bias-bound zippers allow ease of use and extended zipper life
  • Large stake out loops accept both skis and snow pickets
  • Comes with stuff sacks, aluminum Y-pegs, Seam Grip and owner's manual
  • Average minimum weight specification is based on tent, rainfly and poles only
  • Pitch Light Option: For an ultralight shelter, pitch the rainfly, poles and footprint (sold separately) without the tent body
  • Optional gear loft sold separately
