The HTP Static 3/8" Rope by Sterling Rope is a 100% all polyester rope that offers significant advantages over standard nylon static ropes in certain applications. Its low elongation makes the rope more efficient than nylon static for hauling, jumaring, and rappelling. It has a greater resistance to ultra-violet light (UV), high tensile strength, and superior handling characteristics. This makes it suitable for big walls and expeditions where ropes are subjected to heavy traffic and wear. Since HTP Static is a naturally dry product, your ropes will always stay dry, maintaining performance, strength, and elongation characteristics. Ideal as a single-person, light-use rescue rope.
