We offer free 30-day returns within the contiguous 48 states for eligible items, excluding clearance products, which are final sale, life vests or climbing gear without its original tags/packaging intact. Orders from Alaska or Hawaii, international orders, or those containing skis/snowboards, trekking/ski poles, bikes, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, wakeboards, grills, racks, camp tables, coolers and strollers are eligible for returns but will incur a return shipping fee.
Free shipping is applied to most orders over $50 in total value except for larger, heavier items. Regardless of order value, we charge for shipping on skis, snowboards, boats, bikes, large chairs, grills & smokers, coolers and other heavier or larger items.
